Can i download videos on ps4

I have done this before. However, i tried again and this time its saying they cant share it. Facebook says the video is a corrupted file. I dont understand why this is happening.

Can someone help me? I should probably take more advantage of the PS4's multimedia capabilities, but I'm too old-school. It's a gaming machine and that's that.
